Durante esta semana acudimos a las reuniones organizadas por Projusticia, representados por el Lic. Juan Manuel Pérez Cuellar, Director de Vinculación, para conocer la implementación del Sistema de Justicia Penal en Coahuila, misma a la que acudieron los organismos de la sociedad civil de Torreón, Consejo Ciudadano Laguna, Canaco Laguna, Foro de Abogados de la Región Laguna y el Consejo Lagunero de la Iniciativa Privada.

 

En el evento se contó con la participación de la Presidenta Magistrada del Tribunal, Lic. Miriam Cardenas Cantú y del Lic. Alejandro Ponce de León, Director de Projusticia.

 

Las reuniones tuvieron como principal objetivo dar a conocer las acciones que actualmente se están llevando dentro del Sistema de Justicia del estado de Coahuila, así como el funcionamiento de las medidas cautelares y el uso de la prisión preventiva.

 

Durante cada sesión se dio espacio a preguntas y respuestas para que los asistentes pudieran resolver sus dudas respecto al sistema de justicia penal que se está implementando en el estado de Coahuila de Zaragoza.
